These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BacoNetworks website, game servers and Discord community. BacoNetworks is a modded Minecraft network. By connecting to our servers, joining our Discord, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using BacoNetworks — including our game servers, website and Discord — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BacoNetworks, in line with the minimum age for Minecraft and Discord. You are also responsible for complying with the Minecraft End User Licence Agreement and Microsoft/Mojang usage rules while playing on our network.
BacoNetworks provides modded Minecraft game servers, a community Discord and an informational website. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove servers, features or content at any time as the network evolves.
You are responsible for your conduct on our servers, website and Discord. To keep the community safe and fair, you agree to follow our rules, including:
No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs or using unfair modifications
No harassment, hate speech, or harmful behaviour toward others
No advertising other servers or services
Follow staff instructions and the full server rules

Purchases & Virtual Items
Purchases, ranks and perks are sold through our store, which is operated by Tebex at
store.baconetworks.com. All purchases are also subject to the store's own terms presented at checkout. Ranks, perks and in-game items are digital goods with no real-world monetary value and are licensed to you for use on the network, not sold as property.
Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If something goes wrong with an order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
We may issue warnings, mutes, suspensions or permanent bans, and may remove access to purchases or features, where we believe these terms or our rules have been broken. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion to protect the community. Ban appeals can be submitted through our Discord.
The BacoNetworks name, logo, website content and original server content belong to BacoNetworks. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Any content you submit (such as chat messages or community posts) you grant us permission to use for operating and promoting the network.
BacoNetworks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang, Microsoft, Nintendo or The Pokémon Company. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang/Microsoft.
We rely on third-party services to operate, including Discord (community and support), Tebex (store and payments) and Google (website analytics). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not responsible for loss of in-game progress, items, downtime, or data to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
